Technex’21

St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology, Nagpur virtually conducted it’s flagship, national level, inter collegiate technical festival – Technex’21 . It was conducted on 22nd – 23rd January 2021. Technex’21 had total of 6 events. Namely –RayBotz, Hackathon, Shashtra, When I Speak, Gatewalk and Projectmania.

Raybotz: Where the participant built it’s own bot and competed in an arena.

Hackathon: A 24hour event where the participant felt the power of coding turned to decode the problem statement.

Shaastra: An event based on autocad helped participant to develop their abstract thoughts.

When I speak: An event which tested participants straight talk, deliberation and spontaneous skills.

Gatewalk: Where the participant got an idea for their preparation for higher studies.

Projectominia: Participant believed in the confidence to showcase and explain the vision and thoughts to the world.

With these amazing eventTechnex’21 was inaugurated at 3:00pm on 21st January 2021. The Master of ceremony was Anjali Banerjee. The honours were done by the dignitaries where Dr. Manoj Diagavane was the chief guest. The ceremony began by taking the blessings of the almighty. The ceremony witnessed introduction of technex by the student coordinator–Siddhant Gaikwad and alumnus mentor Uttirna Rao. Chief guest inaugurated Technex'21 by scanning the

marker using the app designed by the student team. In the app, the events were inaugurated using Virtual Reality (VR) technology. Further, ceremony withnessed encouraging speech by Principal Dr. Surendra Gole followed by the chief guest – Dr. Manoj Diagavane which brought new insights in young minds. After which, Director– Fr. Dr. Paul addressed the gathering. The events began at 10:00am on 22nd January and concluded at 3:00pm on 23rd January. Valedictory ceremony started at 4:00pm on 23rd January. MOC was Ayushi Mankar. Highlights of TNX'21 were given by student coordinator Siddhant Gaikwad and session was guided by principal Dr. Surendra Gole. The ceremony ended by a vote of thanks by student co coordinator mentor

Shivendra Pratap Singh. Technex’21 experienced amazing enthusiasm from participants, participating from different parts of India. Technex’21 had 350+ participants from institution like – IIT Patna, IIT Bombay, IIT Madras, NIT Trichy, NIT Silchar, etc. After a day of competitions everyone was relaxed and grateful to be a part of Technex’21.
