SPORTS ACHIEVEMENTS & REPORT (2019-20)

Students' from the College participated in various Inter-Collegiate, Inter- University & All India University Sports competitions, throughout the year. A summarised list of sport Achievements is as given below:

1)Swimming (Boys)

Varun Dhapodkar (Civil Second Year), Rajat Dhole(M.E Second Year), Aniket Dorle (E.E Second Year) participate in R.T.M.Nagpur University Swimming Tournament and Vibhor Tapase (E.T.C.First Year) achieving 1st position in (200 mt Breast stoke) 2nd position in (100 mt Breast stoke) 3rd position in (50 mt Free style) in Inter collegiate Swimming Tournament organised by R. T. M. Nagpur university at Kamgar kalyan swimming pool from 30th September to 2nd October, 2019. also Vibhor Tapase (E.T.C.First Year) was selected in R.T.M.N.U Men's Swimming team for representing R.T.M.N.U.,Nagpur University in All India Inter-University Championship held at Jalandhar (Lovely Professional University) on 1st to 5th November 2019.

Swimming (Girls)

Tanushree Kale (Third Year ETC) and Tracey Paul (M.E Second Year) participate in Inter collegiate Swimming tournament organised by R. T. M. Nagpur university on 30th September to 2nd October, 2019

2) Chess

Our college participate in Inter collegiate chess tournament organised by R. T. M. Nagpur university on 17 th to 20th Oct 2019 at J.M.T & V.M.V Arts and science college, Nagpur. The Girl ́s Chess team from the College also participated in this tournament.

3)Table Tennis:

Table-Tennis girls participate in Inter collegiate tournament organised by R.T.M. Nagpur university at Hislop College Hall on 17th to 19th Oct, 2019. Girls Secured 4th Position in Tournament. The men Table-Tennis team from the College also participated in this tournament at Hislop College Hall on 10th to 12th Oct, 2019.

4) Badminton

Our College stood 4th in Inter Collegiate Women's Badminton tournament organised by R. T. M. N. U Nagpur from 9th to 11th October 2019 at Taywade college,Koradi Dist, Nagpur. The Men's Badminton team from the College also participated in this tournament on 17th to 20th Oct 2019.

5)Basket Ball:

In the Inter-Collegiate Basket Ball tournament, men & women respectively, 12 students' (mens' team) participated from the 10rd to 12th October 2019, and 12 students' (womens' team) participated from the 5th to 7th October 2019. The College Basket Ball men team Loss the pool match. And also the College Basket Ball women team loss the first match.

From 5th to 9th Nov, 2019, the College Kabaddi team (men) participated in an Inter- Collegiate tournament at Jyotiba College of physical education, Nagpur. The team Win the 1st round against Rajiv Gandhi Engineering college,Nagpur. Second round Jyotiaba college we loss the match.

Vishnavi Dhobale (M.E Second Year) is selected to represent R.T.M.N.U Women's Handball team, at West Zone (National) Inter University tournament from 23th to 27th December, 2019,at Gwalior Organized by Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education.

9) Cricket:

18 students' participated in an Inter Collegiate Cricket Tournament (Men), from the organised by R.T.M.NU at Jyotaba College Nagpur. In round 1, our college team win the match against G. H. Raisoni Engg, Nagpur. In 2nd round also we win the match against Raju Gandhi Engg,College,Nagpur . In 3rd round our college cricket team win against S.B.Jain ENGG. In pool final match our college loss against Jyotiaba college Of Physical Education,Nagpur.

In the Inter-Collegiate Kho-Kho tournament, men & women respectively, 12 students' (mens' team) participated from the 12th to 14th Oct 2019, at R.T.M.N.U Play Ground, Nagpur and 12 students' (womens' team) participated from the 10th to 13th Oct 2019 at Mahela Mahavidaylaya Nandanvan, Nagpur. The college kho-kho men team win the 1st round of the match, against Anjuman Engg College,Nagpur, 2nd Round Played against K.D Pawar college, Saoner, boys Loss the match.

Abhijeet Rokade (Third Year, ME),Preshit Kawale Participate Inter Collegiate Shotting Tournament on 3rd to 5th Oct 2019, at Ace Shooting Club, Nagpur.

13)Athletics :

4 students' participated in an Inter Collegiate Athletics Events (Men),and 1 girl student participated from the organised by R.T.M.NU at R.T.M.Nagpur University Play Ground. Nagpur.
