Guest Lecture on ‘Building Mental Immunity’
The Suggestion and Grievance Cell had organized an online guest lecture through Webex on “Building Mental Immunity” for the First Year Engineering Students on 3rd June, 2021. Dr. Rakesh Himte, Dean Student Counseling & H.O.D. Mechanical Department, Priyadarshini Institute of Engineering and Technology, Nagpur, was the resource person.
The session covered different aspects of stress management and how to keep one’s mental balance during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Prof. Priti Golar, Dr. Manish Jachak and Dr. Hema Kale were co-coordinators for this event.
