Going Beyond the Regular

A session #Tag ask me anything, love yourself to the fullest,  was jointly organized by the Basic Sciences & Humanities Department and the Happiness Centre of the College on 26th June, 2021, from 11.30am to 12.50pm for students of the Second Semester. The idea of initiating such a session was to know the minds of students especially during this Pandemic, give them space to air the same and guide them on how to deal with peculiar situations.

Dr. Raakesh Kriplani and Prof. Sonia Francis, both Psychologists, took the session ahead. Students had filled in their personal queries in advance through G-form and during the session too, these were addressed therein. Questions ranging from Self Growth, Personal Management, Growing in Emotional Intelligence, Overcoming Depression, Fear of the Future, Becoming Confident, and many such were put forward by them.

The students, 110 of them, were a wonderful audience and in the feedback form appreciated the session and looked forward to more such ones. Ms. Vidisha Fating, from the 4th Semester and student event coordinator for the same, proposed the vote of thanks.

Prof. Namrata Gore (Incharge, BS&H Dept.), Dr. Ashish Bodhaye (Co&Extracurricular Incharge) and Prof. Sonia Francis (Happiness Centre, Coordinator) put in their best efforts to organize the same.
