A one day workshop on C & C++ was organized by IIT Bombay through IIT Remote Center on 29^th February, 2020. Nineteen staff members had participated in this one day workshop.

Participants received expert guidance from IIT Bombay through A-view on C & C++ using Ubuntu Linux OS and Windows OS with different levels of programming.  Details are as below:

Session:1

The workshop was inaugurated online by IIT Bombay and started with a basic level program named ‘First C & C++ program” and ‘Tokens’ & ‘Functions’ in C & C++.

Session:2

It included the different programming levels like ‘scope of variable’, ‘If and Else If statement’, ‘Nested if and switch statement’& ‘Relational operators’ programs in C & C++. In this session, participants had interacted with experts and clarified their doubts.

Session 3 & 4:

After lunch break, spoken tutorials were conducted through online platform of IIT Bombay. Through these spoken tutorials, programming concepts on ‘Loops’, ‘Array’, ’String’, ‘String Library functions, ‘Understanding pointers’, ‘Function call’ were covered.

The sessions concluded through a valedictory program.
