The NSS Unit of our College commemorated 26^th November, 2020, the Indian Constitution Day, also known as Samvidhan Divas through an online event.

In 1949, the Indian Constituent Assembly adopted the Constitution of India, and it went into effect on 26^th January, 1950. The Government of India declared 26^th  November, as Constitution Day through a gazetted notification on 19^th November, 2015. On this day, the nation remembers with gratitude and honours the constitution’s architect, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar.

In the online event, the Constitution Preamble was recited by staff and students of all Departments of the College. The preamble was read out both in Hindi and English by Ms. Simran Thakre, 4^th year student. The event concluded with singing of the National anthem.

Prof. Anthony Augustine, ME Dept., Faculty Coordinator compered the event. Prof. Pramodkumar Borle and Dr. Ashlesha Nagpure, NSS Program officer, coordinated the same.
