Civil Engineering Department organized an expert lecture on “Environmental Engineering” for 2nd year Civil Engineering students. The resource person was Mr. Rajesh Bhagat, Professor, Civil Engineering Department, YCCE, Nagpur.

The lecture began with insights into the importance of environmental engineering in everyday life. All the environmental episodes were listed and explained one by one. Prof. Rajech also focused on problems of waste-water and its remedial measures.

The students were engrossed in the lecture and they found it very informative. A question answer session was also conducted which helped the students clarify their doubts.

The program was coordinated by faculty members of the Civil Engineering Department.
