Department of Electrical Engineering in association with The Institution of Engineers (India), Nagpur Local Center, Nagpur organized a 3 days online short term training program on   “Applications of MATLAB in Mathematics, Science and Engineering” from September 15 -17, 2020 .

The STTP covered  wide ranging interdisciplinary topics and toolboxes available in MATLAB  like   Simulink,Solution of Differential Equations ,Graphical User Interface, Curve Fitting, Digital Signal Processing ,Communication , Digital and Medical Image Processing ,Fuzzy Logic, Control System, Electrical Networks, Power Electronics.ANN  and Electric Vehicles.

Total 1794  ( 1445 faculties and 349 students) participants enrolled for the STTP.

Out of this 16 participants were from abroad .

Faculty Members from Institute.Dr.Mrs .J.P.Rothe, Dr.N.K.Dhote, Dr.D.S.Wankhede, Dr.K.A.Kanhav , Prof.M.B.Maurya, Prof.G.S.Gadge,

 Prof D.Khadse, Prof.Trivelli Naidu, Prof K.A.Onkar, Dr.Mrs.S.Moharir, Prof Kirti Vaidya Dr. Shriraghwan Madbhushi   and Prof Shiju Samuel were the resource persons for sttp.Pre recorded sessions of daily 3 – 4 hours were uploaded.

Dr.N.K.Dote , HOD EE was the convener  of STTP .Prof Dushyant Khadse and Prof Pravin Pisal were the coordinators for this STTP.

 E Certificate were given to participants.
